Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread
2 slices light white bread
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
Instructions
  1. Evenly spread Skippy® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter Spread on one bread slice. Top with remaining bread.
  2. Beat egg, milk and cinnamon in small bowl. Dip bread in egg mixture.
  3. Melt Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook bread, turning once, 4 minutes or until golden brown. Serve, if desired, with low fat maple syrup or jam.
