- 6 large egg whites - 1/4 cup water - 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper - 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread - 1 Tbsp. finely chopped chives or onion

Instructions
Blend egg whites, water and pepper in medium bowl with wire whisk.
Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chives, stirring occasionally, 1minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to medium and stir in egg white mixture until egg whites and chives are combined and eggs are set.
