Ingredients
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks
1-1/4 cups confectioners sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Preheat oven 325°.

Combine flour, cinnamon and salt in medium bowl.

Beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® All Purpose Sticks with 3/4 cup confectioners sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Beat in vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture just until blended. Stir in oats and walnuts.

Using about 1 tablespoon dough, shape into 2-1/2 inch log, then form into crescent shape. Arrange on ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.

Bake 14 to 16 minutes. (Do not brown.) Cool sheets 5 minutes on wire rack. Remove cookies from sheets, then roll in or sprinkle with remaining confectioners sugar; cool completely.

Serve with a glass of ice cold 2% milk!
